A Little about "It' ll Wait Racing"

  "It'll Wait Racing" was born out of our love of boats, water, & travel. After a 25 year layoff from boat racing we decided to again become a part of this exciting sport.

  "It'll Wait" competes nationwide in the Formula 2 Tunnel Hull Series. Our boat is a Seebold Tunnel Hull powered by a 120 cu. in. Chris Fairchild race designed Mercury. We hit speeds upwards of 120 mph and pull G's of 3.5-4.5 in the turns.

  Our team works closely with Jeff Shepherd, noted Formula 1 (140mph) driver & his wife Suzy (Drag Boat Driver) who have unselfishly given their time & knowledge to assist our return to the sport.

  David Burkhart is our crew chief, spotter and helps maintain the boat.  He also serves as a back up driver.

  Our 2007 season included a blowover in Palatka, FL & Barrell Roll in Trenton, MI. However we finished 8th in overall points for the year in Champboat series.
